When excessive air is trapped inside the casting it will cause defects such as internal porosity or blisters on the surface. If normal venting is not sufficient, you can extract it out using vacuum.

Central Vacuum Unit
Consists of work pump, spare pump and vacuum tank. The

requirements for evacuation capacity, control as well as operation.
Three stations as an integral group via common interface has been designed. It

Hi Vacuum System HIVTECH’s patented product
This is HIVTECH’s patented product consisting consists of 2 independent vacuum system. Specially designed for sleeve evacuation and cavity exhaust with hydraulic valves or pneumatic valves in the application of automobile structure parts.
Vacuum signals are received from DCM decoder. The start and end of sleeve and cavity vacuum could be set independently. In manual mode, the mold leaking test could be done. The damp function has been applied for sleeve evacuation in order to prevent excessive exhausting in the very initial stage.

Super Vacuum Valve
Dual vacuum channels in the valve working at low plunger velocity phase. The main channel is shut-off when auxiliary channel working at high plunger velocity phase in order to maintain the high vacuum in cavity to the last minute.
With Hivatech Vacuum unit, the evacuation capability is 50% more than normal valve.

Integrated auxiliary hydraulic station with hi-vacuum system
Integrated auxiliary hydraulic station with hi-vacuum system, to provide hydraulic control for hydraulic vacuum valves. The integrated system is the solution for the customers who are unable to make use of existing hydraulic system of the DCM.
